Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.) for floors, walls, backsplashes, and more.
• Prepare surfaces and apply underlayment, adhesives, and grout.
• Ensure precise tile placement and finishing.
• Collaborate with our team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tile installer.
• Strong knowledge of tile cutting, grouting, and sealing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hang, tape, and finish drywall in residential remodeling projects.
• Ensure smooth and seamless finishes on walls and ceilings.
• Measure, cut, and install drywall efficiently.
• Work with project managers to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions carefully.
• Knowledge of drywall tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install custom trim, moldings, baseboards, and other carpentry elements in residential remodeling projects.
• Measure, cut, and fit trim and millwork with precision.
• Work with designers and clients to ensure the final product meets expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trim carpenter with expertise in custom trim work.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or design plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
• Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to team members based on skill sets and project needs.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on all job sites and that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and help with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Track and maintain inventory of materials and tools for projects.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a team leader or crew supervisor in construction or remodeling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks on residential remodeling projects, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and preparing work areas.
• Help carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and other labor-intensive duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to safety.
